First-time reset
Heavy Initial Cleanup
Some yards need more than a normal visit. A long absence, a busy season, or a property that has never had service — the heavy initial cleanup is a full reset that brings the yard back to a clean baseline.

Honest quoting, no surprises
Heavy cleanups start at $110+ and depend on the size of the property and the amount of build-up. We review the details you send, confirm a price with you, and only then schedule the visit. If conditions are worse than expected we stop and talk to you before doing anything extra.
Then keep it clean
Once the yard is reset, a weekly or biweekly plan keeps it from ever getting back to that point. Customers who start with a heavy cleanup usually move straight onto a recurring schedule.
