Technicians photograph the yard after service so you have confirmation the visit took place and your gate was secured. These photos are attached to your service record and are not published publicly.

How long we keep information

Service records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing, warranty and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can review and update your contact information from your customer account, ask us to correct your details, or ask us to stop sending service messages. Contact us and we will action the request.
